The Ministry has developed a “Panchayat Darpan” to monitor the progress of the SAGY Gram Panchayats. ‘35' Indicators from '10' Sectors are identified through which the impact of SAGY intervention will be monitored. The progress of work for different sector specific interventions will be captured and updated on quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis. 


           The “Panchayat Darpan” will act as a mirror of all the development activities in the adarsh grams. The data has to be filled by the concerned Nodal Officer/Charge Officer of the Gram Panchayats. Sector wise indicators are mentioned below:

Basic Amenities:

1. Anganwadi Centres

2. Piped drinking water facility

3. Safe and secure Housing facility

4. Households Electrification

5. Internal village road (Paved with Concrete )

6. Broadband connectivity to the panchayat

7. Playground facility



1. E-Panchayat service available at GP office



1. Children (15-18 Years) attending High School

2. Children (6-14 Years) attending Primary School

3. Mid Day Meal (MDM)

4. Girl child (15-18 years) attending high school
