Subject: Release of funds to States HQs under SAGY for hiring resource persons and meeting administrative expenses


 I am directed to state that the Ministry proposes to release funds on the subject noted above and to request you to kindly intimate the following details in regard to the bank account to which the fund is proposed to be transferred:-

(i) Name of the Agency operating the Account;

(ii) Bank account number along with the name of the bank and the address and IFSC and MICR Code of the branch in which the account exists;

(iii) A copy each of the first page of the bank passbook, cheque leaf and TAN/TIN allotted to the agency.

2.         It may also please be ensured that the above bank account is duly registered under the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) of the Ministry.
